Packaging Designs That Do More Than Package Products

Most products nowadays come in shipping boxes that are specifically designed to further promote the product and the company that created it. Paper wrapping is noted to be the first type of packaging of products in the early year of 1035. Now in 2018, packaging designs have become comical or either send a message to the buyer. In an effort to deter smoking a packaging campaign was designed by Reynolds & Reyner featuring a coffin like cigarette holder indicating this is what smoking will lead you to, death. It's Anti-smoking campaign has been very successful. Next, is a company that has used its packaging to help employees counter theft of their lunch in the workplace. They feature mold spots on the packaging in their Anti-Theft Lunch Bags. Then there's the Butter Spoon package that actually solves a problem when it comes down to using the right utensil to butter your bread. This package does it for you. Trata OnIce packaging basically shows you what inside before you purchase. The clear packing is like an open window allowing you to see what you are getting.

DinoDinoGum uses it packaging to look like a dinosaur that lifts open its mouth and you can pluck out a piece of gum. This can be entertaining as well as enjoying the favorable chewing gum. Moving on to Babee's Honey where the packaging looks like an actual beehive letting you know your getting it directly from the bees when you buy this honey product. Ice Cream cup Bobblers let you enjoy this snack and have some fun at the same time as the head boggles on a printed animal's face. Another cleaver design package is for your salt and pepper shakers you use in your home. This one actually has the separate shakers looking like batteries you'd put in one of your home devices. The design is very slick and realistic. Hanger Tea using their packaging to have little hangars that hold their tea bags, a ingenious sell of their product for sure. Juice box gives a great visual of their packaging that reveals the fruit you are drinking on the box in a clear well crafted design such as an apple. Next, is a beautiful craftsmanship and time spent into a Colier's champagne holder that looks like an elegant porcelain egg holding inside the champagne bottle. AmbroBottle simply has its bottle product encased inside two large clear round glasses that you can use to pour yourself a drink on the spot.

It's apparent consumers respond well to great package design. All of these companies have presented genius ideas to sell their products and send a message if they are running a campaign for a particular cause. Most of the designs are using common sense and getting down to the bare bones of what the product is instead of hiding it with packaging that doens't represent that product at all. Their packaging creates an emotional response from consumers and gives them a more personal reason to try them. So if you are in the market looking for a product to by, its always good to look at the packaging design and see if it clearly reflects what you are seeking. These product makers give consumers great choices when making decisions on what to buy in this competitive market of shipping boxes.
